I am in network with First Choice Health, PacificSource and Reliant Behavioral Health. Additionally, my services are covered by many, but not all, health insurance policies which allow participants to choose out-of-network mental health providers. There can be advantages to not using insurance for our work, including greater privacy and having more control over your therapy. I provide superbills to those who claim sessions with me as part of their out of network benefits. I encourage you to speak with your insurance carrier to verify coverage for out-of-network providers and for rates of reimbursement. I will provide you with a monthly bill with all necessary documentation.
